Pam has 31-years experience in the Employee Benefits industry.  Pam embarked on her insurance career immediately after graduating with an Honours Business Degree from the University of Guelph, where she played Varsity Soccer. Pam began her career as a Group Rep with UNUM, the world’s leading Long Term Disability insurer (NYSE: UNM) in Portland, Maine, and Toronto. She has served on the Board of The Benefits Alliance Group, and Advisor Councils for various insurers and currently sits amongst national industry leaders on the Canadian Leadership Council on Drug Plan Partnerships.  Pam shares, “Designing, implementing, and communicating sustainable Employee Benefits plans that align with a client’s Visions, Values and Goals can positively impact the people and culture of their businesses.
